Step 1: 

Navigate to  Planning Management screen  (Home > Employability > Planning) and Select the Training Center.

Step 2: 

Click on the Set Monthly Targets button (in green). A new Training Target form opens on click.

Step 3:

Fill the Targets details in the form and click on Set Targets button(in green).
